Allison, Registered Nurse Allison serves as our Patient Coordinator. Once surgery has been planned, Allison prepares patients for the surgical experience. Allison graduated from Samford University and has been a nurse for twenty-three years. She brings six years of plastic surgery experience to our practice! |

Lynn, Administrative Assistant Lynn serves as primary telephone person, directing all calls while demonstrating superior telephone and interpersonal skills. She acts as hostess, warmly greeting patients and notifying staff personnel of their arrival. Lynn demonstrates sensitivity to the patient’s needs by ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience. |

Michele, Registered Nurse Michele is an advanced injector with over 17 years of injection experience. Although her specialty is sclerotherapy (spider vein treatment), she also has expertise in Botox, Juvederm, and other fillers, laser hair removal, skin care, microdermabrasion and Fraxel Laser.
Michele is an active member of the American College of Phlebology, American Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses, Tennessee Society of Laser Medicine and is also an Advanced Cardiac Life Support instructor. |

Sharry, Clinical Practice Nurse Sharry assists in the evaluation of patients and in preoperative patient education, as well as postoperative care. Sharry is skilled in the use of injectable fillers and BOTOX, which she performs under Dr. Moore’s supervision in the office. She is knowledgeable in all areas of plastic surgery nursing, having served in our office in this capacity for over ten years. |

Haley, Nurse Practitioner Haley is a board certified women’s health Nurse Practitioner and certified plastic surgery nurse. She was nominated and asked in 2009 to serve on Allergan’s Speaker’s Bureau as well as a regional, hands on Juvederm trainer. Haley educates peers on the advancements of neuromodulators and aesthetic products and provides personal hands on training to practices all over the country. Also, in 2009, she joined the elite faculty for P.A.L.L.E.T.T.E., an aesthetic training company, traveling to cities nationwide educating and training at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. She has been recently promoted to expert faculty status for P.A.L.L.E.T.T.E., a prestigious honor.
Haley serves on the board for the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurse organization and also serves as their current newsletter editor. In addition, she is a member of the Tennessee Society of Laser Medicine. |
